About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service while working in an exciting and evolving industry? As a French-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for B2B clients, assisting them with account and POS-related inquiries. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless payment experience for businesses across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from B2B customers regarding their payment accounts and POS devices.
Provide step-by-step guidance on account verification, transaction issues, and troubleshooting.
Educate customers on best practices for using their POS systems efficiently.
Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented.
Common Customer Scenarios Youll Handle:
️ I need immediate verification or unblocking of my account to pay my clients.
️ I want my company name to appear on customer receipts.
What You Need to Succeed
Language Skills: Native/Near-Native French (C1/C2) & Strong English (C1)
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting steps

Salary & Perks
Base Salary: 1,100/month (x14 months) 15,400/year
Salary Increase after the completion of 36 Months: After 3 years of employment, the gross salary increases to 1150.00. (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
