Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Base Salary: €1500 gross per 14 months

• Attendance bonus: €120month per 11months

• Meal Allowance (net): €7.63/day

• Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)

Work Schedule:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 (rotational shifts)

• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:00–17:00

• Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.

• Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with high-quality service.

• Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Language Skills: Native Danish with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.

• Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.

Relocation support:

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent and all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
