Your Role: Tech Support Specialist (German Market)

As a Frontline Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking users. Whether they need help with setting up their antivirus software, troubleshooting basic issues, or navigating a subscription renewal, youll be their trusted guide.

This is not just support youll actively engage in retaining customers and introducing them to premium services through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

️ What Youll Do Day to Day

  • Handle ~25 inbound contacts/day (calls & emails) across 7 cutting-edge tools

  • Support German-speaking users with:
    • Product downloads, installations, and activations

    • Account inquiries and subscription renewals

    • Manual purchase guidance

    • Basic troubleshooting via remote support tools

  • Upsell/cross-sell relevant products based on user needs

  • Work toward performance targets and advance to premium technical support (virus removal, device optimization, Ultimate Helpdesk) after proven success

Your Profile

Language Requirements:

  • German: C1 (native or near-native)

  • English: B2+ (for training & internal tools)

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year in customer care or tech support (preferably in tech)

  • Strong oral & written communication

  • Solid PC literacy, with hands-on knowledge of:
    • Windows, macOS, Android, iOS

    • Firewalls, antivirus software, internet applications

  • ️ Typing speed: 25+ WPM with 85% accuracy
