What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing comprehensive support and expert guidance. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling Inbound and Outbound Communications: Skillfully managing customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
Providing Expert Product Knowledge: Answering detailed questions about our diverse range of insurance products and coverage options, ensuring clarity and understanding for our clients.
Assisting with Policy Management: Guiding customers through policy cancellations with efficiency and sensitivity.
Supporting Insurance Brokers: Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for insurance brokers, directing their inquiries accurately and promptly.
Maintaining a Professional Demeanor: Projecting a friendly, helpful, and professional image at all times, even in challenging situations.
Ensuring Accurate Information: Providing precise and up-to-date information to customers, building trust and confidence in our services.

What You Bring to the Table:
Exceptional Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian (C2) is essential, along with strong English (B2) communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proven Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance industry, is highly valued.
