Your Role at a Glance:
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor supporting users across popular products, including the Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.
Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting users with non-technical issues such as billing, account management, and digital purchases
Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
What You'll Get:
Monthly Base Salary: 2200 EUR – Competitive for the local market
Paid Training: 3-week onsite training designed to set you up for success
Relocation Package to Set You Up Smoothly:
- Monthly Rental Allowance: 153,35 EUR every month during your contract – helping you cover housing costs in Sofia
Flight Reimbursement: 76,70 EUR, reimbursed on arrival or with your first paycheck
