Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary

  • €1,300 gross/month

Attractive Bonus Package

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll become the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with device protection services.

You will support customers via:

  • Phone

  • Chat

  • Email

  • Webforms

  • Social Media


Your Daily Responsibilities

Claims Management

  • Register new insurance claims

  • Process existing claims

  • Provide claim status updates

  • Coordinate repairs and replacements

  • Assist customers with damaged or faulty electronics such as:
    • Smartphones

    • Laptops

    • Cameras

    • TVs

    • Home appliances

    • Other covered devices

Customer Support

  • Explain warranty coverage and eligibility

  • Provide product and service information

  • Assist with returns and replacements

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently

  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally

Complaint Handling

You'll ensure every complaint is handled with professionalism and care by:

  • Logging complaints immediately

  • Acknowledging complaints within regulatory timelines

  • Working toward resolution within established deadlines

  • Escalating complex cases when required

  • Performing accurate case documentation

  • Supporting continuous improvement through root-cause analysis

Case Administration

  • Update customer records in Salesforce CRM

  • Maintain accurate case notes

  • Complete after-call documentation

  • Route customer cases correctly

  • Update internal knowledge databases

Additional requirements:

  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM

  • Minimum 85% typing accuracy

  • High school diploma or equivalent
