Customer Support Specialist – Home Appliances (Norwegian Market)

We are looking for a motivated Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting a leading home appliances brand. This is a structured, process-driven role combining customer service, technical troubleshooting, warranty handling, and after-sales support.

What You Will Do
Handle inbound customer requests (phone, email, chat) in Norwegian
Manage warranty claims, repair requests, and spare parts orders
Provide basic technical troubleshooting for home appliances
Guide customers through after-sales processes and solutions
Work within structured systems and follow clear operational procedures
Document all interactions accurately in internal tools
Escalate complex technical cases when necessary
Ensure a professional and high-quality customer experience
What We Are Looking For
Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2 mandatory)
Good English communication skills (B1+ preferred)
Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
Interest in technical products and structured processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
Offer Package
Base Salary: €1,400/month
Language Bonus: €150/month
Performance Bonus: €100/month
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Full training provided (technical products & systems)

Working Hours
Shift: 07:00 – 17:00 (day schedule only)
Stable and structured working hours (no night shifts)
