About the Role

Join an international team supporting users of Google's products and services. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll help customers resolve non-technical issues while delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing, account management, subscriptions, and digital purchases

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email

• Provide accurate and customer-focused solutions

• Ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
