Your Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a renowned Swiss telecommunications company.
You will provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with administrative, billing, and product-related inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Update and maintain customer records within internal systems
Escalate complex cases to specialized departments when necessary
Identify relevant sales opportunities and promote suitable solutions
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
Salary & Rewards
Base Salary: €1,636.14 Gross/Month
Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 Gross/Month

During your first months, you will work fully on-site to receive hands-on support and training.
