German Logistics & Delivery Advisor – Relocation Package Included

About the Role

Join our Logistics & Delivery team in Sofia and help customers enjoy a smooth delivery experience. As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, you'll support customers by phone and email, assisting with delivery tracking, scheduling, and logistics-related inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in German and English.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, rescheduling, and logistics-related requests.

  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions using internal systems.

What We're Looking For

  • German: C1 level or higher.

  • English: B2 level or higher.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Previous customer service or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.

  • Availability to work Monday–Saturday, on rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00.

Salary & Benefits

  • Gross Monthly Salary: €1,535

  • Paid Training: 3 weeks.

Relocation Package

We've made relocating to Bulgaria simple:

  • €1,500 gross relocation bonus, paid in 2 instalments, to help cover relocation and initial rental expenses.

Working Schedule

  • Monday – Saturday

  • Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00

  • Two rotating days off according to the schedule.
