Logistics & Deliveries

  • Prepare and deliver linens, amenities, and supplies to properties according to daily operational needs.

  • Coordinate deliveries with Housekeeping, CX, and Operations.

  • Ensure urgent guest or operational requests are handled within the required timeframe.

  • Confirm deliveries and update the appropriate system or task.

  • Collect used linens and return them to the appropriate laundry process.

  • Help optimize delivery routes and reduce unnecessary trips.

Quality Control

  • Check that linen orders are complete before leaving the storage area.

  • Ensure clean linens meet Bocobay's quality standards before distribution.

  • Report stained, damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.

  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.

  • Experience with Breezeway or similar operational software is an advantage.
