The Role

You will be trusted to:

• Partner closely with mid-to-senior and executive-level candidates throughout complex hiring processes
• Conduct structured, in-depth interviews and assessments with commercial and leadership context
• Advise candidates and clients on market dynamics, role calibration, and remuneration benchmarks
• Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects board-level standards
• Run your desk with discipline, accurate reporting, clean data, and strong process control
