Digital Content Coordinator

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant qualification, certifications, and/or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital content coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CMS management (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Hootsuite).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, PPC campaigns, and online advertising best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Management:

  • Oversee and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and implement content calendars for social media and other digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.

Website & CMS Management:

  • Maintain and update The Company website using the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for website improvements and updates.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist with the management and monitoring of The Company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, along with the marketing team.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and manage social media campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report on results.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate and present regular reports on website traffic, digital marketing campaigns, and social media performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to suggest and implement improvements to digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep The Company's digital strategy current and competitive.

Content Creation (As Needed):

  • Assist with the creation of digital content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
