Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Performance Management

Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers and staff.

Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Zimbabwean labor legislation.

Support development and implementation of performance management systems, including appraisals and improvement plans.

Promote employee engagement through initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, interviews, candidate evaluation, and offer processes.

Work with line managers to assess hiring needs and align talent acquisition with business goals.

Oversee onboarding to ensure effective integration of new hires.
Training & Development

Identify and assess training needs across the organization.

Coordinate and support training programs and career development initiatives.

Assist in succession planning and the development of growth opportunities for employees.
Policy & Compliance

Ensure all HR policies comply with Zimbabwean labor law and reflect best practices.

Monitor policy adherence and participate in policy development to improve organizational performance.

Advise management on labor law compliance and risk mitigation.
Compensation & Benefits

Assist in salary benchmarking and ensure market-competitive remuneration structures.

Administer employee benefits and support compensation planning processes.

Champion a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Support business transformation and change management efforts in alignment with strategy.
Adaptability and Flexibility
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Postgraduate qualification or certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage

3-5 years experience in HR, with a focus on HR partnering, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance

Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labor laws and HR best practices
