Sales Support Team Leader - La Mercy (KZN)


Minimum requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales or Customer Service Team Leader role, with an advantage of Sales Principles and Customer Service Practices
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP would be an advantage 
  • Knowledge of Pre-Payment and Revenue Management Products is advantageous 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent MS Office SKills 
  • Negotiation and Networking skills

Responsibilities: 

  • Customer interface: Serving as the liaison between the Company and the Customer, nurturing and enhancing business relationships 
  • Customer Satisfaction: ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries about orders, quotations and deliveries, aiming to improve customer satisfaction levels 
  • Support and Coordination: Assisting the Commercial Business Managers, coordinating sales orders, and handling customer credit facilities for timely payments 
  • Process Improvement Contributing to plans aimed at enhancing commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction levels 
  • CRM & Reporting: Supporting the Customer Relationship's Management Systems and submitting monthly reports to the Customer Excellence Manager 
  • Team Supervision / Leadership: Lead, train and motivate the sales supports team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service
