Management Accountant Team Lead

9 Month Contract Position

Minimum Requirements: 

• B.Com Accounting Degree
• CA(SA) or CIMA preferable
• 5 years experience
• Banking, and financial services exposure beneficial and managing teams

Responsibilities:

• The role includes implementing and enhancing the accounting workflow systems and processes within business while ensuring financial controls and procedures are followed and adhered to for various internal and external stakeholders
• To provide operational financial direction to business units
• Compiling statutory, regulatory and management reporting for Financial Services
• Ensure that all processes are updated and adhered to
• Manage the risk in the area
• Ensure that all findings pertaining to the area are attended to and closed in time
• Implement enhancements, as required 
• Comply with all regulatory requirements
