Front-End Developer (Split Testing Specialist)

Remote position

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience in developing split tests using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. 
• Familiarity with split testing tools, including Google Optimise, Adobe Target, and Convert.com. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience with agile methodologies and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Experience with other testing and optimization tools or platforms. 
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles. 
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems.
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop split tests from wireframes and user stories provided by a UX designer within Convert.com primarily.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for split testing and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and split testing.
