Payroll Administrator

Job Purpose:
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees. This includes ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with tax laws, and handling relevant queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all tax, benefits, and deductions are properly applied.
  • Manage records and updates for employee leaves, overtime, and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to payroll.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Assist in audits related to payroll matters.

Requirements:

  • Matric 
  • Diploma in Bookkeeping or Payroll will be an added advantage 
  • Proven experience in payroll administration.
  • Experience working with payroll with multiple clients 
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and VIP/Pastel/SAGE essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
