Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Briefs
- Assist the Campaign Manager with creative and digital marketing briefs.
- Prepare and manage paid media campaign briefs for social, LinkedIn, and Google ads.
- Align activities with media schedules and obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure timely updates and re-alignment of marketing collateral, pricing, and deals.
- Support Product approvals for marketing assets and creatives.
Social Media Content Management
- Oversee and schedule organic content across multiple social pages.
- Brief designers on static and video content at least a week in advance.
- Write, review, and test copy for social media, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders before publishing.
Sponsored Content & Campaigns
- Coordinate internal briefs and gather required assets for sponsored content.
- Manage agency and publisher briefs with approved creative elements and audience targeting.
- Track campaign performance and optimise for best results.
Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Assist in planning and executing weekly newsletters.
- Work with designers to develop engaging email content.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing and campaign messaging before deployment.
- Oversee scheduling and sending via Brevo, ensuring all content and links are tested.
Reporting & Compliance
- Support quarterly media plan execution and ensure Product KPI alignment.
- Prepare and submit Product Proof of Action (POA) reports monthly.
