About the job Internal Sales
Job purpose:
The position of Internal Sales consists of selling the Company range of enterprise mobile solutions consisting of software, hardware, professional services, and integration services.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric. Grade 12
- A minimum 2 years Sales experience with Enterprise Customers in an IT environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritize sales and sales opportunities.
- Ability to deal with corporate accounts
- High levels of accuracy and standards of quality in work and dealings with customers in a professional customer service-oriented manner
- Ability to consider relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one;
- Computer Literacy
The successful incumbent, will report to the National Sales Executive and the responsibilities of the position include:
- Sales Support for all External Account Manager including National Sales Executive
- Analyse client purchase history and trends
- Calling existing base for repeat orders
- Process sales quotation son behalf of customers and External Account Managers
- Maintaining client relationship
- Handle customer telephone/email queries
- Receive hard copy of Sales order from Account Manager or client
- Acknowledge customer order by sending an order acknowledgement
- Prepack sales pack
- Process sales order in Syspro
- Hand sales pack to Procurement to place order with vendors
- Liaise with Logistics on order status and delivery
- Liaise with Logistics on ETA and when goods will be ready for invoicing
- Follow up with customer order
- Manage internally all customer back orders
- Manage Software activation
- Filing of all Sales related documents
- Provide customer service and retain customer relationship
- Liaise with business unit to resolve customer queries
