Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products, Services, and Licensing Models.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and challenges; present and demonstrate tailored Microsoft solutions to address these needs.
  • Sales Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Microsoft solutions and achieve sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with Microsoft products, services, and licensing options; effectively communicate the value propositions to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Microsoft partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales management team.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.
