Junior Data Analyst

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to spot trends and outliers in data.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how data impacts business decisions.
• Team player with leadership potential.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, R) is a plus.
