Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

24 years of experience in a marketing analyst role, ideally within the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation industry

Strong understanding of market research methodologies and ability to apply them to freight forwarding and logistics sectors

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Function
Market Research & Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the freight forwarding and logistics industry

Analyze industry data and generate reports on market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive intelligence

Monitor global logistics and shipping trends, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and economic factors affecting the industry
Data Collection & Reporting

Collect and analyze data from various marketing campaigns, sales, and customer feedback to assess performance and effectiveness

Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance metrics (ROI, customer acquisition costs, engagement rates, etc.) to key stakeholders

Develop actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies based on data trends and customer behavior
Campaign Management & Optimization

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns

Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and suggest optimizations for maximum impact
Competitor & Industry Benchmarking

Perform competitor analysis to understand their marketing strategies, pricing structures, and service offerings

Benchmark The Companys marketing performance against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Collaboration & Strategy Development

Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals

Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and create a stronger competitive position in the market
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Leverage CRM systems to track customer interactions, segment data, and create targeted campaigns
