Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

  • 24 years of experience in a marketing analyst role, ideally within the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation industry

  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and ability to apply them to freight forwarding and logistics sectors

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Function
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the freight forwarding and logistics industry

  • Analyze industry data and generate reports on market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive intelligence

  • Monitor global logistics and shipping trends, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and economic factors affecting the industry

    Data Collection & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze data from various marketing campaigns, sales, and customer feedback to assess performance and effectiveness

  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance metrics (ROI, customer acquisition costs, engagement rates, etc.) to key stakeholders

  • Develop actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies based on data trends and customer behavior

Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and suggest optimizations for maximum impact

Competitor & Industry Benchmarking
  • Perform competitor analysis to understand their marketing strategies, pricing structures, and service offerings

  • Benchmark The Companys marketing performance against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation

Collaboration & Strategy Development
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and create a stronger competitive position in the market

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Leverage CRM systems to track customer interactions, segment data, and create targeted campaigns

  • Analyze CRM data to identify customer behaviors and trends to develop strategies that increase customer retention and satisfaction
