About the job .Net Developer

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the activities of the individual team members as well as the different project or business teams within Bank
  • Coordinate day to day tasks and elimination of obstacles hindering the delivery of initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce waste in the way of work within the team
  • Coaching individual team members to help embrace an agile way of work
  • Assist in idea-generation on ways to improve relationships between team members and key stakeholders
  • Anticipate and manage conflict, demonstrating an ability to resolve differences, particularly where these may be stalling the implementation of agreed plans
  • Having a deep understanding of theories behind methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean thinking, LESS, etc.
  • Translating theories behind identified methodologies to give them relevance within the Banking division team
  • Influencing internal and external stakeholders to embrace an agile way of work with the intention of building high performing teams
  • Using coaching and training to help others understand how to use an agile way of working to become more productive within the agreed agile framework
  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration across teams that deliver on the strategic and operational initiatives
  • Clarify responsibilities in the feature teams
  • Change champion for all transformation initiatives in the deployed area
  • Support the activation and sustainability of change management mechanisms in departments/ business units
  • Providing reporting to internal and external stakeholder of the activities, project status and obstacles that are experienced
  • Take necessary measures to manage potential risks
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders to facilitate organizational effectiveness
  • Build rapport/ be an interface for the deployed team with relevant stakeholders in the Bank
  • Recognized as SME in agile transformation as it relates business strategy in the Bank
  • Gain buy-in with different stakeholders for the successful implementation of transformative initiatives and strategic programmes within Bank

Qualifications and experience:

  • C#, Visual Studio 2019/2022.
  • Proficient in WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) and WebAPI development. Proficient with .NET Framework (4.7.2 and higher) and .NET Core 6.
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • Angular advantageous
  • Payment/Settlement system experience advantageous TIBCO message queues advantageous
