Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse digital platforms to detect fraudulent activities that may harm the business or clients.
  • Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and tools to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities.
  • Investigate suspicious activities and report them through the relevant channels.
  • Maintain a database of known fraudsters and suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams, to ensure that fraud prevention measures are in place and effective.
  • Provide training and support to employees to help them identify and report suspicious activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
  • Develop and present regular reports.
