Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse digital platforms to detect fraudulent activities that may harm the business or clients.
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and tools to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities.
- Investigate suspicious activities and report them through the relevant channels.
- Maintain a database of known fraudsters and suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams, to ensure that fraud prevention measures are in place and effective.
- Provide training and support to employees to help them identify and report suspicious activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
- Develop and present regular reports.
