Key Outcomes (may include but are not limited to):
  1. Manage the delivery of multiple high-quality systems projects across business areas, ensuring alignment with objectives and requirements.
  2. Apply and enforce project management principles and processes throughout the project lifecycle, including closure and operational handover.
  3. Effectively resolve issues as they arise.
  4. Support, guide, motivate, and facilitate project teams through project processes.
  5. Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
  6. Communicate project progress to management and stakeholders.
Work Experience
Required:
  • 5 to 7 years experience in managing projects in a corporate environment.
Preferred:
  • 5 to 7 years experience managing technology-related projects, ideally in banking systems.
Education / Qualifications
Required:
  • Tertiary education (preferably a Degree or Diploma).
Preferred:
  • Formal Project Management Diploma or relevant training.
Technical Skills / Knowledge
Required:
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly with awareness of business environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strategic and big-picture thinking.
  • High initiative and ownership.
  • Excellent communication (formal/informal), interpersonal and relationship management.
  • Facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
