    • Screening
    • Shortlisting
    • Candidate assessment and testing
    • Interviewing
    • Reporting on KPI’s and SLA
    • Offer Management
    • Employer Branding
    • Mapping, creating and managing Talent pools

Requirements:

  • High School Leaving Certificate
  • Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
  • Minimum of 2 years of Internal Recruitment experience
  • Minimum of 3 years Agency Recruitment experience
  • Recruitment experience must include Technical / Sales / IT and Generalist positions
  • Computer Literate (ATS, Job Portals and the full MS Office)
  • Excellent communications and reporting skills
  • High Energy
  • English
