Delivery Lead: Data and Analytics

Duties and responsibilities:

• To support the vision of becoming a data driven organisation by delivering Data and Analytics products which form the engine that manages and processes data for the organisation.
• To act as competency lead for the Data Engineering function in the Client Value product line.

Qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years data warehousing experience at product development level Or
• 3 - 5 years experience in Data Architecture
• Organising and leading technical/data people for delivery of outputs or objectives
• Stakeholder relationship management
• 2 yrs. or more managing a team responsible for data products
• Experience in data support / data ops
• People management agile product development lifecycle
• Experience in the financial or banking sector
• Grade 12 - National Certificate
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology - Computer Science

Knowledge of:

• Data management framework
• Software development life cycle
• Systems development life cycle
• Applicable regulatory requirements: CPA; POPI; FICA
• Agile product development lifecycle
