Minimum requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
  • Fully proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
  • Working knowledge of the Main Agreement of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry

Responsibilities:

  • On boarding new TES staff and weekly company perm employees.
  • Conversions of TES staff to Weekly company Permanent employees
  • Compiling a master upload sheet used for on boarding employees.
  • Checking the weekly management report before the labour broker reports are sent out.
  • Processing any site transfer or promotion for TES staff and Weekly company employees
  • Maintaining the My Business system
  • Employment documentation packs are received timeously from the Temporary Employment Service Provider (TES)
  • Validate all documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Continuous liaison with the TES to follow up outstanding paperwork
  • Training TES staff on company document requirements
  • Reference checks for all TES staff placed at company sites
  • Escalation of poor reference checks to site management, superior and TES management
  • Follow the red flag process for TES staff who transgress in terms of the disciplinary code
  • Scanning and uploading of the documentation onto SharePoint
  • Filing of all wage related documentation for TES staff
  • Ensure drivers license, PrDps and lifting machinery licenses are valid and up to date
  • Sending out weekly reminder emails for all expired PDPs for TES staff
  • Ensure criminal check are up to date
  • Ensure that all TES staff to be loaded have been fully vaccinated and the proof of vaccination has been received
  • Undertake project work as may be required from time to time
  • Sending out weekly upcoming termination list for monitoring TES staff approval
  • Preform any other reasonable duty that may be required
