Accounts and Billing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to address and resolve billing queries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and client billing history.
- Assist with credit notes, adjustments, and account allocations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 +years of experience in a billing, accounts, or credit control role.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
