Job purpose: 

The role requires the ability to plan and execute all digital marketing strategies set by the Group Marketing Manager, determined by the Companys business.

Minimum requirements: 

  • Relevant Qualification in Digital Marketing
  • 3 5 Years experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing plans and campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Understand search engine optimization and how it is applied
  • Understand pay-per-click strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibility:

  • Carry out digital marketing in alignment to Business and Divisional objectives.
  • Coordinate divisional strategy sessions to understand divisional strategies.
  • Create digital content that supports divisional and business strategies.
  • Build and optimize our digital platforms to increase the companys digital presence and visibility to ensure that the Company brand is front of mind.
  • Brainstorming and implementing creative digital growth strategies to generate leads.
  • Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy and execute it, through conducting competitor and audience research.
  • Create monthly marketing strategies: Generating content ideas, allocating budgets, coordinating photoshoots, scheduling and implementing.
  • Monthly & ad hoc campaign reporting: Reporting on the performance of all digital marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs), and providing recommendations to optimize future performance.
  • Social Media community management: Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any issues they may be experiencing in a timeous manner. Keep response scripts updated as and when changes arise.
  • Keeping abreast with new trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and ad spend.
