Head of Key Accounts

Job purpose: 

Manage a team of Key Account Managers (10) and ensure all plans are in line with the Company's Product's and strategies. Negotiation of major contracts with Customers.  

Minimum requirements: 

• Grade 12 
  
• 3 year Tertiary Qualification / Degree 
• Previous experience in Commercial Accounts Management 
• Strong sales management background with a proven track record in growing market share 
• Meeting and exceeding of sales targets 
• Strong management experience 
• Ability to work independently
