Senior/Advanced Project Manager- Civil

As a Senior/Advanced Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing projects and work streams within the Civil & Construction division. You will also manage the process of new business development and project management activities to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently.

Requirements

1. Responsible for the management of project and construction activities in alignment with the ICASA, SABIC Standard, National Construction Code of South Africa (Codes) and other similar contracts
2. Manages a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers and drafters to ensure the achievement of project schedule, contract or regulatory compliance, safety, health and environment objectives.
3. Coordinates, delegates and monitors the implementation of site-specific planning and/or design activities.
4. Defines, controls and monitors all project-related projects resources and budgets.
5. Work with design professionals to ensure all design issues have been addressed, including commercial, safety, and environmental requirements.
6. Provides project support, execution, and communication of policies, plans, and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Registration with a relevant professional body (essential)
2. A relevant Degree/Diploma and Project Management Registration or Project Management qualification (essential)
3. A minimum of 8 years experience as a Project Manager (essential)
