Senior Business Analyst

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional team
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for analyzing complex business problems, creating solutions, and delivering recommendations to management. 
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop strategies, and drive improvements in processes and operations. 
• Is expected to lead and mentor other business analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
