Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
• Implement and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions
• Develop Apex (classes, triggers, and batch processes), Lightning components, and Visualforce pages
• Conduct unit tests and resolve any functional or performance issues
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new functionalities to improve the platform
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs

• Knowledge of other Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant credential
