About the job Training Officer

Job Purpose: 

Responsible for staff training within the Group. Identify the training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs. This role is a 2IC to the Training and Development Manager and will assist with the various tasks.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor in Training and Development degree BTD or/ Diploma in Occupational
  • Directed Education and Training Practice ODETDP level 5
  • Skills Development Facilitator Certificate ESSENTIAL
  • 5 years sound experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
  • Should be qualified SDF, OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist
  • Should have sound knowledge in the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA)
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Should have adequate administrative and VIP knowledge
    Substantial knowledge of WSP/ATR
