Qualifications and Expertise

• 10 Years IT support experience
• MCSE, M365 or Azure Certified or similar experience.
• 5-10 Years IT Management Experience
• Drivers license and own transport

Knowledge

• Windows Server and Workstation experience. Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory
• and Windows Networking
• Ability to support Microsoft Office products and Office 365 products
• Good understanding of business and business requirements
