Intermediate Project Manager - 6/12 Month Contract

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma
  • Exposure to the FMCG service industry
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Support business by continuously reviewing challenges and ideas to ensure appropriate projects are added to the roadmap and executed
  • Coordinate projects to achieve objectives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting requirements as per project sponsor and business owners' expectations; may involve managing multiple projects with medium to high complexity
  • Facilitate the delivery of the full project scope by adhering to the Strategic Project Office methodology
  • Ensure compliance with the governance requirements of the project management methodology
  • Optimize resource utilization within a delivery portfolio (resource coordination)
  • Manage risks and issues effectively throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct ongoing stakeholder management and communication, acting as the single point of contact for the project
  • Evaluate team members and project resources, identifying strengths and areas for development as needed
  • Practice and adhere to the Strategic Project Office methodology
  • Assess and provide feedback to enhance the Strategic Project Office methodology based on specific project experiences
  • Promote and advocate for the Strategic Project Office methodology across the company
