Factory Mart Supervisor

Job purpose: 

Implementation of all processes and control in the store. Facilitates the promotion and execution of sales. Responsible for opening and closing of the store on time according to trading hours. Responsible for daily cash-ups 

Minimum requirements: 

• Matric 
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) 
• Sales and Marketing Qualification (would be an advantage) 
• Must have experience managing a retail store (preferably FMCG)
• Ability to provide high levels of customer care 
• Ability to identify and act on new business opportunities
