About the job Business Manager - Education Solutions
Job purpose:
Accountable for the implementation and running of digitalized / transformation education programmes/solutions, forecasting and strong focus on sales and development activities to achieve agreed objectives and targets.
The successful candidate is passionate about the impact that transformation/digitalization solution can have in the Education sector
Your responsibility is driving growth and top-line revenue. You solve technical and business problem and ensure success of the department and its customers working alongside the extended company teams.
Role includes
You will:
- Lead the entire sales/buying process, including market segment planning, target identification, solution development/presentation, opportunity management, negotiations and closing
- Develop business plans and tactics to achieve targets
- Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with various stakeholders within the education sector
- Drive your own and business unit sales targets
- Provide consulting on the integration and implementation of company products
- Provide direction to the sales team. Establish performance measurements, track performance against those measurements and provide constructive feedback
- Perform all personnel management activities for staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; supports professional development through job assignments and training
- Working with internal teams - Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Finance, Retail

- Understanding how business financials work, and strategies for sustaining profitable growth
- Strong team management. Excellent personal communication with ability to build and develop relations internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and targets. Proven sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong eye for business.

Required Experience
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years proven sales /commercial experience working in a relevant industry domain ( preferably education technology related sector )
- Min 3 years in senior management position
