Software Trainer

Contract position

Minimum requirements: 

• Tertiary qualifications or related certification in Information systems/technology or related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience in software training
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in creating digital training material for distance learning

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Seminars and workshops to educate employees on the software, including how to use the programs features and functions
• Providing onsite customer support for users of the software, such as answering questions about how to use the software or troubleshooting problems
• Creating computer training materials such as slides, text, and other visual that can be used to teach others how to use a piece of software
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about new products and industry trends related to computer software to provide effective training
• Creating documentation for training materials and providing feedback to authors who are creating documentation for software products
