Minimum requirements:

  • Post Graduate Degree in Information Studies
  • 8 -10 years experience within the area of specialisation with evidence of exposure to leading teams
  • 3 - 4 years' people management experience.
  • Variety of experience both internal and external to the Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead the implementation of the Experience Design (ED) strategy within the area of specialisation, and to drive alignment of business operations to the ED strategy. 
  • To plan for, execute, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience design for clients.
