The successful candidate must attract first-rate talent, ensure lasting and successful placements, build high-quality candidate pipelines and compile market maps. The goal is to achieve and exceed KPIs, and clients' expectations and add value to our and our client's business. We are very fast-paced and require a vibrant go-getter.

- Advertising Jobs with a practical marketing introduction
- Screening
- Shortlisting
- Candidate assessment and testing
- Interviewing
- Reporting on KPIs and SLA
- Offer Management
- Employer Branding
- Mapping, creating and managing Talent pools
Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
- Minimum of 3 years of Internal Recruitment experience
- Minimum of 2 years Agency Recruitment experience
- Recruitment experience must include Technical / Sales / IT and Generalist positions
- Computer Literate (ATS, Job Portals and the full MS Office)
- Excellent communications and reporting skills
- High Energy
