Software Test Analyst/QA Analyst - 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Identify, analyze, and log software defects; track and verify defect resolution.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases; contribute to and maintain the regression test suite.
  • Perform manual testing of new and existing features to ensure product functionality and stability.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and support the resolution of software issues.

  • Maintain and manage the quality assurance environment to ensure test reliability.

  • Ensure adherence to established testing procedures and documentation standards.

Essential Competencies
  • Proven software testing experience, preferably in a QA/QC role.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting.

  • Experience working within Agile methodologies.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strict compliance with established processes and procedures.

Advantageous Competencies
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as J-Meter (or equivalents).
  • Familiarity with VMware (ESXi) environments.

  • Exposure to A@S (Automation and Scripting tools/platforms).

  • Practical experience with Linux environments.
