Key Responsibilities
Sales and Prospecting
  • Canvassing and prospecting various industrial industries for potential qualifying customers.
  • Following the Company's sales process to sell labels and other label consumables.
  • Increase sales and market share by:
    • Actively canvassing, prospecting, and conducting market research for potential customers.
    • Following through with leads provided by management.
    • Telephone prospecting, setting up appointments, and following through with meetings.
    • Expanding product knowledge to assist customers with appropriate solutions.
    • Conducting customer site audits to gather information and understand requirements.
    • Maintaining relationships with new customers to ensure continuous business.
    • Professionally negotiating and structuring deals to meet individual customer needs.
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge
  • Grade 12 Matric certificate.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of technical field sales experience.
  • Experience following a structured sales process.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously challenge oneself.
  • Professional, self-disciplined, and able to lead by example.
  • Ability to apply training and development from The Company to meet sales targets.
