Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Win new clients in the USA and UK through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and creative strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting, high-trust relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and HR leaders.
  • Talent Acquisition: Headhunt, source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across high-impact industries.
  • 360 Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer and onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct salary benchmarking, compile market insights decks, and pitch data-driven solutions to clients.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure pipeline accuracy, ATS hygiene, and candidate experience.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Solid 360 recruitment experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience in international markets preferred (USA and/or UK).
  • Demonstrated ability to close business and bring on clients.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of global hiring trends.
  • Exceptional candidate sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, extensions, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Independent, self-managed, and highly accountable.
  • Hunger to build, grow, and lead.
