Technical Sales Engineer - Mpumalanga

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Market Development

  • Drive the growth of sales within an assigned territory or market segment.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to match their operational requirements.

  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Strategic Input

  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and regular performance reports.

  • Monitor market conditions and report on competitor activities.

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments, including technical, service, and marketing.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (advantageous)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales

  • Experience in sectors such as mining, manufacturing, or electronics is preferred

  • Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as needed
