About the job Human Resources Generalist

Job purpose: 

The main purpose is to assist the organisation with providing a full spectrum of Human Resource services, support, and solutions at an operational level. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the organisations policies, procedures and best practices.

Minimum requirements: 

  • BCom / BTech Human Resources Management / Labour Law
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Generalist in a manufacturing / unionized environment 
  • Valid Drivers License / Own Vehicle 
  • Sage 300 (advantageous) 
  • Computer Literate 
  • Bargaining Council and CCMA experience (NON Negotiable)
  • Highly organised and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong HR Administrative skills
