Campaign Data Manager

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background as a Data Analyst, specifically focusing on concise reporting and simplifying the reporting process for Campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of data, the ability to articulate insights derived from various sources, and a proven track record in campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities: The Campaign Data Manager will be responsible for the following:

1. Campaign Analysis:
• Conducting in-depth post-campaign analytics, assessing campaign results, and analyzing changes in customer behavior.
• Developing and implementing statistical models to enhance campaign efficiency, both in acquisition and retention efforts.
2. Collaboration:
• Liaising with cross-functional teams, including Customer Value Management (CVM) and IT, to ensure effective collaboration in targeting the right audience and industrializing timely data production.
3. Financial Analytics:
• Collaborating with finance teams to provide breakdowns of performance statistics on various platforms.
• Supporting product development through customer analytics, market sizing, and revenue impact assessments.
4. Data Segmentation and Reporting:
• Developing, maintaining, and operationalizing customer value, lifetime, and profitability segmentation.
• Creating and presenting reports on campaign segmentation, pricing analysis, and financial forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Post Grad Diploma in Business Administration
• BSc in Computer Science
