Senior Client Delivery Manager

Key purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects and manage relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring they are focused on achieving project goals and delivering high-quality results
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring they are allocated and managed effectively
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field ( MBA or equivalent is advantageous)
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Experience managing budgets and resources
• Proficient in project management tools and software
